Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Toa-Electric-Co A-9112A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Topaz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tokyo-Seimitsu parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Toshiba product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Topaz such as the 9109222 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Epv700100 manufactured by Tokyo-Seimitsu and we are pleased to be able to service most Tokyo-Seimitsu systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EX204MCRD5 by Manufacturer Toshiba as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Toolex Brand 638046 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tormach such as 30199 equipment made by Tormach have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tormach products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tormach" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DG4V56CMPLB640 made by Tokimec as well as the popular IK25HD615Z original spares produced by Toshiba

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the T4636A by Tokoyo-Seimitsu and 30199 spares by Tormach are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 81421006 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toledo.
